The Dental Assisting program at WCC:

  • Is accredited by the Commission on Dental Accreditation.
    • Following completion of this Commission on Dental Accreditation accredited program students are eligible for the following:
      • Registered Dental Assistant (RDA) licensure in Michigan
        (Only graduates of an American Dental Association accredited Dental Assisting program are eligible to take the MI RDA licensing exam)
      • Certified Dental Assistant (CDA) credential through the Dental Assisting National Board (DANB)
      • Expose dental radiographs in the State of Michigan
  • Has a distance-learning program for on-the-job trained dental assistants that extends to the Upper Peninsula
  • Offers affordable tuition and payment options

“Power is Knowledge” Seminar – 6 CEs

This event is for current dental professionals.

Washtenaw Community College and the Washtenaw District Dental Assistants Society are hosting this Fall’s CE Seminar, “Power is Knowledge” on Saturday, October 20, 2018 from 8:30am to 4:00pm in the Great Lakes Building, Room 202.

Registrations must be mailed in. Registration deadline is Monday, October 15, 2018.
